My next post is about food in Kelantan. As we know, Kelantan have many variety of foods that well known and preferred by people. Now, I want to share and explain more details about foods in Kelantan. You all know about 'BUDU'? What is budu? Budu (Malay language) is a fish sauce and one of the best known fermented seafood products in Kelantan. The cuisine later on being spread to all over Malaysia especially its neighbour Trengganu and southern Thailand.

Recent finding has proven that budu

2. Helps dispose off toxic waste
3. Improves on immune system and help fight many diseases

Ulam
The next food in Kelantan that i want to promote is Ulam. Ulam is a traditional salad produced from the leaves of Centella asiatica, is typically eaten with anchovies, cincalok or shrimp paste.
